Preparing the device

Assembly
1. Insert the plug of the sensor into the socket of the pulse
oximeter.
2. Put the batteries. (Read the "Battery installation" section)
Application to the patient
Install the sensor on the appropriate part of the patient's body
(tongue or ear).
