3. Attach the EMS pads using the press studs to the poles of
the electrode cable. Both electrodes must be used for the
device to work.
4. Peel the protective films off the EMS pads and stick them
onto the area being treated. Do not overlap the EMS pads!
Keep the protective films!
Operating the Device
1. Switch on the device. To do this, hold down the ON / OFF
button (11) on the device. The device beeps once and the
control lamp of the ON / OFF button starts to flash blue.

If no button is pressed for around 30 seconds immedi-
ately after switch-on, the device automatically switch-
es off again.
When the device is switched on, the intensity of the stimu-
lation is on level 0. There are a total of 15 intensity levels.
2. Press the button + (7) on the remote control (4) repeatedly
to increase the intensity to the level where stimulation still
feels pleasant.
Use the button – (15) to reduce the intensity if necessary.
3. There are 3 massage modes. To switch mode, briefly press
the OFF / MODE button (6) on the remote control or the
ON / OFF button on the device.
After each change of mode, the intensity is automati-
cally set to level 0 and needs to be increased.
4. To switch the heat function on and off again, press the heat
button (8). If it is switched on, the massage heads heat up
to approx. 37 – 43°C and the control lamp of the ON / OFF
button flashes blue and red.
