1.Insert the head parts into head tube (Fig.2 a)

2.Insert the Fork into front head tube, put the clamp on the head tube (Fig.2 b),

3.Insert the handlebar into the head tube, tighten the screw , put down the cap and cover the clamp (Fig.2 c),.
