Assembling the chopping knife
Position the drive shaft (2) on the motor unit (1).

Advice and warnings
• Always put the mincing knife into the bowl before inserting the food.
• Use the pulse function several times to finely chop the food. Do not use the food
processor continuously for overly long periods of time to chop hard cheese or
chocolate, because these foods will heat up and melt.
• Standard chopping duration: 30 to 60 seconds.

Position the drive shaft (2) on the motor unit (1).

Advice and warnings
• Always put the dough hook into the bowl before inserting the food.
• Standard kneading duration: 20 to 30 seconds. Pour in a suitable amount of water
to prevent it from overflowing the bowl.
Assembling the emulsifying disk
Position the drive shaft (2) on the motor unit (1).

Advice and warnings
• You can use the emulsifying disc to quickly prepare whipped cream, eggs,
mayonnaise or pudding.
• Do not use the emulsifying disc for kneading flour.
Assembling the slicing, grating and french fry disc
Position the drive shaft (2) on the motor unit (1).

Position the mixing bowl (3) on the drive shaft, then turn it in a clockwise direction

Install the desired disc (8,9 or 10) on the disk holder (7).

Place the disc holder on the drive shaft.
4.
Place the lid (5) on the bowl.

Turn the lid in a clockwise direction until it is locked on the bowl.

Insert the food in the feeding tube.
7.
Push the food into the bowl using the pusher (6).
8.
Advice and warnings
• Select the disc on the basis of the food to be prepared and the desired outcome.
Gently push the food into the tube.
• Pre-cut the food into small pieces to be able to insert them easily into the tube.
• For best results, insert the food gradually.
