CHARGING:
- Before using the device for the first time, charge
it for three hours so the battery is fully charged.
Connect the massager (1) to the power supply
using the charger (9).
- The device takes approximately 2-3 hours to
charge.
- When the massager (1) is charging, the
charger LED (10) should be red.
- When the charger LED (10) turns green, the
massager (1) is fully charged.
- The battery lasts for approximately 1-2 hours,
depending on the speed chosen and the
pressure applied.

Depending
on
the

Massager for a minimum of 15 seconds and a

full-body session should not last longer than 15

activity, use the device on the muscle for 30
seconds to instantly activate it.
2. Reactivating the Muscle
To reactivate the muscles during a training
session or physical activity, use the device
for 15 seconds on the muscle group. This will
revitalize the muscles, alleviate muscle spasms
and fatigue, and keep the muscles activated.
3. Pain Relief and Recovery
To reduce pain, use the Gymform® Percussion
Massager for up to two minutes on the affected
muscle group. We recommend using it for
30-second intervals with 5-10 seconds of rest
between intervals, depending on the level of
pain and sensitivity.
