selection button until the desired
mode appears on the display.
Press and hold the selection button
to open the selected activity.
The fi tness watch now records your
activity.
While activities are being record-
ed, press the selection button or
tap on the touch fi eld to switch
between the following information
displays:
− Current time and time elapsed
since starting the activity
− Number of steps
− Number of calories burned
− Current heart rate
To end the activity, press and hold
the selection button until the time
measurement stops.
