6.2. Putting on the fi tness
watch
 Place the fi tness watch around your
wrist and fasten it.
The fi tness watch should not
be too tight or too loose for
your wrist.
6.3. Switching the device
on
 Press and hold the selection button
for about 2 seconds until the dis-
play unit vibrates and the display
lights up.
The fi tness watch is now switched on
and the clock display (see "7.3. Clock
display" on page 102) is shown on the
display.
