FRONT GRILLE
• Carefully snap the Fan Neck into the Base by firmly pushing the Motor Assembly
down until it securely locks into the Base.(Fig. 1).
• Remove the Blade Knob and the Rear Grille Mounting Nut from the Motor
Housing. Place the Rear Grille onto the Motor Housing by making sure the 3 holes
of the Rear Grille fit over the 3 bumps on the Motor Housing. Tighten the Rear
Grille Mounting Nut CLOCKWISE (Fig. 2).
• Push the Fan Blade onto the motor shaft by lining up the blade with the flat part
on the machined shaft end. Tighten the Blade Knob by turning it COUNTER-
CLOCKWISE (REVERSE THREAD) (Fig. 3).
• Align the snapping mechanism on the Front Grille to the Rear Grille. Snap the
Front Grille to the Rear Grille by attaching the bottom first, followed by the top
portion of the grille. (Fig. 4).
