Supervise all use of helmets by children to protect from strangulation.
ѥ
Some head injuries cannot be prevented by any helmet. Even very
ѥ
low force accidents can result in serious injury or death. No helmet
can protect against all foreseeable impacts; however, the wearing of a
certified helmet can reduce the risk of serious injury or death in some
impact situations.
Extreme temperatures (below -20° C /-4 F˚ and above +35° C /95 F˚) may
ѥ
negatively affect the performance of the helmet.
In the case of a severe or significant impact, your helmet may be
ѥ
damaged or destroyed. By deforming to the point of destruction, your
helmet can absorb the maximum amount of energy. Always retire a
helmet after a severe impact.
