2. Locate battery box on tray and then
place battery inside box.
3. Refer to compressor manual and
engine manual for specific wiring
instructions to attach battery cables.
Do not install
battery cables near
moving parts.
4. Put lid on battery box and secure
with strap. Ensure strap fastens box
tightly to tray (See Figure 3).

within limited warranty. For any product believed to be defective within limited warranty, first write or call dealer from whom the product was purchased. Dealer
will give additional directions. If unable to resolve satisfactorily, write to Dayton at address below, giving dealer's name, address, date, and number of dealer's
invoice, and describing the nature of the defect. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer on delivery to common carrier. If product was damaged in transit to you, file
claim with carrier.

Do not disconnect
ignition while compressor is running.
Maintenance
1. Check battery condition monthly.
2. If battery top caps can be removed,
check and fill electrolyte level per
manufacturer's specifications.
3. Inspect battery terminals and cable
clamps for corrosion and tightness.
Clean and tighten as required.
4. Inspect all fasteners and tighten as
required.
