PROBLEM

Operating in a non-adequate
environment.
Loose fastening elements.
Loose fan.
Compressor installed incorrectly.
Damaged connecting rod(s)
bearing and rings.
Deficient or inadequate
electric supply.
Water excess in the tank.
Too much dust on the pump.
High ambient temperature
0 0
(max. 40 C - 104 F)
Filter element clogged.
The system's demand is above
compressor's capacity.
Pressure regulator not adjusted.
WHAT TO DO
Improve local conditions.
Find and re-fasten them.
Re-fasten it.
Verify item 3 page 8 - Installation.
See Preventive Maitenance items
5 and 6 page 13.
Have a specialized electrician
check it.
Drain the tank as indicate
in Figure 10, page 11.
For your comfort install an
electronic drain.
Clean the pump externally.
Improve installation conditions.
Replace it.
Evaluate compressor's capacity,
if necessary.
Adjust it (See Figure 11, page 11).
