Battery information
Battery charging
The solar panel can fully charge a flat battery in 3 days, provided that the
energizer is switched off and that there is adequate sunlight.
Battery save operation
The energizer will deliver a pulse every 1.5 seconds when the battery is
fully charged.
If days of bad weather occur or insufficient sunlight is received, the
battery will conserve power by operating in a half power mode, and the
energizer will deliver a pulse every 3.5 seconds. If sufficient sunlight is
received, the battery will charge again until full power is restored.
However, if days of insufficient sunlight persist, the battery will
automatically save power and the energizer will stop delivering pulses.
Once the energizer begins to receive sufficient sunlight, the battery will
charge allowing the energizer to deliver pulses.
