6. Pre-fit the Shower Walls Together
NOTE: The module must be plumb and level. The shower door will not install properly if the module is not
plumb and level.
- Carefully move the wall assembly onto the receptor.
- Align the receptor and the walls.
- Check and align the walls for plumb and level.
- If walls are not plumb and level, go to section 7, "Shimming Procedures".
- Predrill the nail- in flanges on the stud centers and around the walls on 8" (20.3cm) centers. Do not nail the walls
in place at this time.
