temperature set point for heating will be fixed at 18˚C and for
cooling will be fixed at 28˚C.
Defrost mode
Defrost Mode will be activated when temperature is below 5C. The
heating valve is Opened and the Fan is ON at selected speed. The
automatic temperature control will be resumed after temperature
rises to or above 5˚C. At Defrost Mode, the Standby/Off LED will
flash slowly.
7/. Fan Control
Fan Speed is selected by the position set at the slide switch. Fan will
operate at different speed according to HI/MED/LOW position. Fan
LED turns ON when Fan is ON.
Fan Auto ON according to Heating/Cooling ON status when DIP
switch #3 is set at Off.
Fan ON will be always ON, when DIP switch #3 is set at ON.
*At Standby Mode, the Fan is OFF unless Defrost function is
activated. In this case, the Fan Speed will be according to the
position set at the slide switch.
8/. External Sensor(Optional)
If external sensor is used, the internal sensor will be disabled.
External sensor can be enabled by DIP-switch no. 5 setting.
9/. Operating Mode switch (DI input)
Operation Mode can be changed by using operation switch. Connect
a contact switch to the DI input. Operation mode will depend on the
position of operation switch, DIP-switch #1 and #2
10/. Temperature Control
1). The thermostat controls the temperature according to the
following diagram:

Set point

Span
ii). A minimum On/Off time must be fulfilled for heating/cooling to
switch the output.
The minimum On/Off time can be selected by DIP-switch no.4.
The Heat\Cool LED will turn on when Heater/Cooler Output is on
iii). There is a Heat/Cool switching delay of 4 minutes to switch
from a heating system to cooling system or vice versa. This is to
prevent the cycling between heating and cooling too frequently
and cost undesired waste of energy.
11/. Dip Switch Setting
Select the DIP-switch settings before the thermostat starts up. The
thermostat must be reset after the settings are changed. All positions
are selected as ON by default.

12/. Maintenance
Caution: Switch off the electric source before maintenance the
thermostat. We recommend that the maintenance should be
performed by trained personnel.
1/. No fan speed control
-
Check slide switch performance, clean the contact or replace it
if necessary
-
Check the PCB terminal block performance, clean the contact
or replace if necessary
2/. No heating or cooling control
-
Check slide switch performance, clean the contact or replace it
if necessary
-
Check relay on/off performance by applying DC voltage at the
coil, If it works, trace the control circuit otherwise replace it
-
Check rotary volume by measuring the corresponding variable
resistance, If it is in good condition, trace the control circuit
otherwise replace it
-
If the control circuit has problem, replace the PCB if necessary.
