c. Set the safety thermostat release temperature in the oven's control panel.
This temperature must be at least 5°C higher than the operating temperature.
d. Press «START» to start the oven.
e. When the oven's temperature is stabilized, slowly turn the safety thermostat knob
clockwise until it releases (you can hear a «click») and the red lamp lights.
The oven's heater switches off permanently.
Lock the safety thermostat knob.
f.
Stop the oven by pressing the «START/STOP» key. Open the door and let it
cool.
g. Press the «RESET» button (1) and the red lamp (4) must be off (See Fig. 4).
h. At this moment, the oven is ready to work.
NOTE:
only practical for users who usually work at the same temperature.
7.7 Serial output type selection
DRY-BIG are equipped with a serial outlet DB-9 of 9 pins. This outlet could be for
logging data and controlling the oven from a computer.
To select the serial output type:
