5. How to install the accesso-
ries
5.1

TECNOROLLER

1. Prepare the tyre changer:
$
Disconnect the power and pneumatic supply;
$
Remove the power tube of the cylinders from the
filter group;
$
Remove the plastic column and take off the
tongue on the right;
$
Remove the side door;
2. Remove the packaging from the components;
3. Fix the eyelet provided to the upper part of the
structure;
4. Hook the structure and lift up (through a hoist). If
you don't have any hoist at your disposal, lift it up
manually. Be careful and use three operators as the
structure is about 80Kg heavy.
5. Position the TECNOROLLER on the right side of the
tyre changer and insert the 4 screws provided;
6. Before locking the screws completely, position the
front and the back foot. Finally, complete the locking
procedure;
7. Assemble the locking rod;
8. Prepare the levelling washers with a veil of oil and
position them in corrispondence of the holes;
9. Insert the external arm. If necessary, help yourselves
with a screwdriver to centre the holes and the wash-
ers;
10. If you also mount the HELPER arm, position the
washers and the support for it as well;
11. Insert the pivot and be careful not to stress the
washers. If the pivot does not enter easily, recentre
the washers;
12. Tighten the screw to the maximum, then loosen a
little the locking in order to avoid any mechanical
problems;
13. Connect the „T-like" pneumatic connector to the air
tube which was previously disconnected and to the
lubricator filter group;
14. Reclose the side door of the machine;
15. Reconnect the power and pneumatic supply to the
tyre changer.

ITE pressure gauge

1. Prepare the tyre changer:
$
Disconnect the power and pneumatic;
$
Remove the side door;
2. Mount the support bracket of the electronic manom-
eter through the two screws provided with the tyre
changer;
3. Mount the electronic pressurre gauge to the bracket
through the two screws provided;
4. Open the grey box of the electrical connections;
5. Connect the supply cable coming from the pressurre
gauge;
6. Remove the control panel of the electronic pressurre
gauge and check on the internal transformer if the
connections are correct according to the kind of
power supply;
7. Connect the air tube coming from the pressurre
gauge on the VGP valve that is inside the tyre chang-
er;
8. Reclose the control panel of the pressurre gauge;
9. Reclose the side of the tyre changer.

Kit storage

1. Prepare the tyre changer:
$
Disconnect the power and pneumatic supply;
$
Remove the side door;
2. Mount the support bracket of the group through the
two screws provided with the tyre changer;
3. Mount the drawers to the bracket through the two
screws provided;
4. Reclose the side door.

Attention: the KIT STORAGE and MANOMETRO ITE
accessories are compatible because they use the
same support bracket.
