4. Start-up
Take the device out of its packaging and remove any packaging material. Clean
the grinder and the lid as described in the 5th section "Cleaning and Care".
Place the machine on a straight and level surface and ensure that the grinder has
a secure standing position.

Open the lid by turning it counterclockwise and fill the grinder with approx.
50g coffee beans. Take care not to overfill the grinder.

You must replace the cover by unscrewing it clockwise. A safety circuit will
prevent the device from starting if the cover is not fitted correctly. If the
cover is correctly seated, connect the mains plug to a properly connected
socket.

Press the on/off button until the material to be ground has achieved the
desired result. In the next step, all you have to do is open the mill and
remove the ground material.
Note: If you want to grind again immediately after the grinding process, we rec-
ommend that you allow the device to cool down completely before the next use
in order to avoid possible damage. To prevent the motor from overheating, the
machine should cool down for 10 minutes after 1 minute of use.

After use, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wrap the cable
in the cable compartment if necessary. This is located on the underside of
the device.
