Operation
Place the drum/container cart in front of the drum to be transported
Incline the drum/container cart towards the drum
Tip the drum/container cart slowly backwards and at the same time exert forward pressure with the foot, the
footplate must engage under the drum.
Put the lashing strap/security chain round the drum and fasten.
Make sure that the footplate is under the drum
Tip the drum/container cart backwards (the higher the weight lifted, the greater the effort needed)
Dispensing
For dispensing raise the drum with the opening to the drum/container cart (see
photo)
Put the lashing strap round the drum and fasten
Lower the drum with the drum/container cart backwards until it is on the bracket
Maintenance and servicing
Tip product, check the rollers for ease of movement and if necessary grease with commercial grease.
Regularly check the air pressure for drum trolleys with pneumatic tyres
Check at regular intervals for any damage.
In case of damage the product must not be further used
