INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug the RCA cable from the speakers to the AUDIO OUTPUT jacks, located in the rear side of
the subwoofer.
2. Plug the RCA audio cable to AUDIO INPUT jacks (located in the subwoofer). Make sure the
jacks' colors match with the cables' colors.
3. Plug the other end of the audio cable into your audio player (Audio Output).
4. Before power on the subwoofer, set the volume level to the minimum, you can adjust it later
according to your needs.
5. Plug the power cord to an AC outlet.
6. Power the subwoofer on.
7. Power on the audio device and playback a song. The music will be listened through the speakers.
8. The audio system includes controls for bass tones, adjust them in accord to your preferences.
9. If you have an ipod with dock connector simply insert it into the dock. Once you connect the ipod,
the volume control only can be adjusted through the subwoofer.

To safely use the ipod/iphone while it is on the connector:
- Hold the ipod/iphone on the back while selecting a song.
- When placing or removing the ipod/iphone, handle the ipod/iphone in the same
angle as that of the connector and do not twist or sway the ipod/iphone to prevent
connector damage.
- Do not carry the BOC-1199 with an ipod/iphone on the connector. Doing so may
cause a malfunction.
