12.Do not hold spoons or other objects in the turning blades. The device
could be damaged.
13. Be careful when handling sharp cutting blades, when emptying the
container and when cleaning.
14. After use clean all parts, which have got in contact with food as
described under chapter "Cleaning and care".
15. Do not allow the power cord to dangle.
16. Remove the mains plug every time after use, and also:
– before changing accessories which are in move during operation
– if the appliance is not under your direct supervision
– in the event of malfunctions whilst in operation
– every time that it is being cleaned
Please do not pull on the connecting lead but on the plug itself.
17. Never immerse the motor housing, the power cord or the plug in
water or other liquids. Please do not clean these parts in the
dishwasher.
18. Check the power cord before every use for damage. Avoid
smashing or kinking the power cord or abrasion on sharp edges or
having contact to hot surfaces or liquids. If the power cord is
damaged, it must definitely be replaced by an authorized and
qualified person.
19. Please do not ever use the appliance if you discover damages, if
water has entered the motor housing or if it has dropped.
20. Never attempt to open or repair the appliance yourself. In the event
of malfunctions have it repaired only by qualified experts. Contact
an authorized retailer for this.
21. Use original accessories only.
Before using for the first time
· Please carefully read the operating instructions as well as the safety
instructions first.
· Remove all packaging material and dispose of it properly.
· Wipe the motor housing with a slightly moistened cloth and dry it off
thoroughly. Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent,
scrubbing brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. Do not
clean in the dishwasher.
· Clean the purée attachment and the knife insert only with warm water
and a mild detergent. Caution: The knives are sharp. Afterwards dry
all parts thoroughly.
· The mixing bowl and container as well as its lid can be cleaned in the
dishwasher. However, we recommend cleaning by hand with warm
water and some mild detergent.
