6. The Found New Hardware wizard will indicate that it has found the EL-USB-1 as USB API or F32x
Express USB Device.
7. Confirm that "Install the software automatically (Recommended)" is selected. Click [Next].
8. If the message box "The software you are installing for this hardware F32x Express USB Device has
not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with XP" appears, continue installation by
clicking "Continue Anyway". This will not cause any adverse changes/effects on your computer.
9. Installation is now complete. Click [Finish].
10. A message will briefly be displayed indicating that your new hardware is installed and ready for use.

11. Double-click the EasyLog USB icon on the Desktop to launch the control software. You will be
presented with three options on the Main Screen.
12. Remove the CD from the drive.
