The following precaution should be observed when working on batteries:

Remove watches, rings or other metal objects from the handles.
≥
Use tools with insulated handles.
≥
Wear rubber gloves and boots.
≥
Do not lay tools or metal parts on top of batteries.
≥
Disconnect charging source prior to connecting or disconnecting batteries terminal.
Use the same number and type of sealed lead-acid batteries (12V 5Ah or 12V 21W).
Follow the charts below to replace the batteries:
1.
Remove the screw located on the bottom of the UPS to open the battery cover.

Gently extract the battery from the case.
3.
Disconnect the two wires connecting it to Sekury A600 UPS and replace the same type of
batteries.
4.
Dispose the old batteries at an appropriate recycling facility.
