Troubleshooting guide
Whenever there is a difficulty in utilizing the equipment, use the Troubleshooting
Guide in order to solve it. If the problem persists, get in touch with your DIPPO
supplier.
The equipment won't turn on.
1) Test the electric socket. It must be supplying between 90~240VAC.
2) Check if the cable and the connection to the equipment are in perfect condition.
The siren won´t ring.
1) Check if the connection is correct according to the equipment installing item.
2) Make sure the siren is working connecting it directly on the network.
3) Check the fuse. If that's the case, replace it with another 5A fuse.
The controller will not ring the siren only on one day of the week and was
programmed every day.
1) Probably the clock hasn't been set with the current date.
2) Set your clock for the current day of the week.
