7. In case of cleaning, carry out the operation under running water, vigorously compressing the sponges.
8. Clean the basket and the plastic parts only by spraying them with a jet of water.
9. Reassemble the sponges repeating in the reverse order what was done during the disassembly phase.
10. Position the O-ring (FIG.1A N ° 17 and FIG.1B N ° 21) on the upper edge of the container. For an easy assembly it is advisable to wet it. Place the lid
and press it into the basket.
11. Put the closing clamp (FIG.3) and (FIG.1A N ° 16 and FIG.1B N ° 20), pull the securing tab.
12. Secure all hoses by tightening the union fittings firmly.
13. Start the pressure filter again.
REPLACING THE UVC BULB AND CLEANING THE QUARTZ PIPE
The UVC lamp must be replaced after 8,000 hours of operation to ensure that the UVC filter continues to operate with maximum efficiency. Indicatively it
is good to replace the UVC bulb every season before the start of the hottest and sunnyest period.
1. Unscrew the four screws on the cover (FIG.4).
2. Remove the UV head and gently clean the quartz tube EXCLUSIVELY on the outside with a damp cloth or mild detergent. Rinse it thoroughly in plenty
of running water EXCLUSIVELY on the outside.
3. Remove the fixing nut on the quartz glass tube (FIG.1A N ° 7 and FIG.1B N ° 7).
4. Remove the quartz glass tube and replace the UV lamp.
5. Prma to proceed with the reassembly, following the steps above, in reverse order to verify the integrity of the quartz tube.
