Installation
Step 1
Measure the width of the opening and determine the number of extensions needed for the gate.

Step 2
To add an extension, begin by removing both the upper and lower plugs from the side of the gate
frame. You may need to use a athead screwdriver to remove the plugs. Figure 2A.
• Attach both the upper and lower extension connectors to the extension pole.
• Install the fully assembled extension by inserting the upper and lower extension connectors into
the gate holes where you removed the plugs. Figure 2B.
• Replace both plugs. Place the tension knobs onto the spindles and insert the spindles into the
holes located on the outside of the extension. Figure 2C.

Step 3
Attach gate stopper to the lower bar on the door frame.
NOTE: Insert gate stopper so the arrow is facing up and stopper knobs slide down.
Step 4
Align and secure with wall cups onto your wall with tape pads or screws.
NOTE: Make sure the bottom of the gate frame remains completely flat on the floor.
