(A) Locking key - (B) Valve body - (C) Washer - (D) Threaded washer - (E) Rubber seal - (F) Link
(G) Outlet - (H) 2 levers - (I) Lever pin - (L) Float
1
Attach a flexible pipe
(30/40 cm) to the outlet (G)
tightening by means
of a clamp.
3
Attach the levers (H) and the float (L) pushing the pin (I)
into the special slot applying pressure until it clicks into
place.
5
Attach the levers (H) to the locking pins positioned
at the rear of the same, ensuring that the upper cavity
fits onto the link (F).
WARNING:
Do not manually stress. The lever multiplies the pres-
sure on the shutter by 50 (if a pressure of 10 kg is
applied to the shutter, 500 kg will be obtained !).
Each tank with a QuickStop must be provided with an
overflow pipe in the event that the valve fails to function.
The piping must be free from any welding slag, thread-
er chips or any other residue, before valve application.
In the event of water containing sand or suspended
solid particles, a metallic wire filter should be placed at
the top of the valve.
Assembly Instructions

washer (D) without forcing it.
Carefully attach the feed pipe to the QuickStop using thread sealing tape
with some sealing tape.
Drill the tank wall with a diameter
that exceeds the Ø
of the valve thread by 1-2 mm.
4
Join the locking key (A) between the two levers (H)
provisionally leaving the pins in the large slots.
