TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before
calling for service.
SYMPTOM
No sound from iPod.
iPod not charging.
Time reset to "12:00".
Alarm does not
turn on.
CAUSE
Volume is set to
minimum or is muted.
Incorrectly connected.
LINE IN cable connected.
This unit not connected
with the AC adapter.
Batteries connected
improperly, not con-
nected or dead.
Clock not set.
Alarm is not activated
or set properly.
Clock is not set.

SOLUTION
Increase volume/unmute
as shown on page 9.
Check the connection
(see page 7).
Unplug LINE IN cable.
The iPod can charge only
when this unit is
connected with the AC
adapter.
Check the batteries.
Set the clock, see pg. 10.
Set and activate alarm as
described on page 11.
