Intended Use
The tyre infl ator is intended exclusively for the check-
ing, infl ating and defl ating of tyres. The unit may be
operated only on a pressurised air network that is
approved for a maximum of 16 bar operating pressure
and that is outfi tted with a safety valve. All other usage
or usage that exceeds these conditions is con-sidered
not as intended.
Initial Operation
• For the installation of the pressure line, observe the
recommended minimum distance.
• The fi ller valve 2 is fi tted with G ½" exterior threads.
• Operate the unit only with clean, condensationfree
compressed air.

• For repair work, use only original BLITZ spare
parts.
• Do not make any constructional changes to the
unit.
• Never expose the pressure vessel to a heat source.
• Do not perform any welding work on the pressure
vessel.
• Before working on the pressurised parts of the tyre
infl ator, relieve the pressure completely.
