Installing the glass shade
and bulbs
WARNING: Allow the glass shades to cool completely before
removing.
CAUTION: Make sure the power is off before attaching or
removing the glass shades.
□
Remove the finial (I) and the bottom cover (J) from the threaded
nipple of the light kit fitter assembly (F).
□
With the power off, install the two LED bulbs (H) by screwing
them into the light bulb sockets.
□
Position the glass shade (G), re-install the bottom cover (J) over
the threaded nipple, and direct the fan pull chain through the
side hole of the bottom cover (J).
□
Re-install the finial (I) over the threaded nipple and direct the
light pull chain through the hole of the finial (I), and tighten the
finial (I) securely.
□
Attach the pull chain extensions (CC) provided to the light pull
chain and fan pull chain.
Assembly - Assembling the Fan Without the Light Kit

Assembling the fan without
the light kit
□
In order to use the fan without the light kit, disconnect the
plug connector (MM), then remove the center hex nut (TT)
inside the switch cup (K).
□
Thread the switch cup (K) off the threaded post on the top of
the light kit fitter assembly (F).
□
Separate the switch cup (K) from the light kit fitter assembly
(F) by lifting the switch cup (K) from the threaded post and
pulling the two light kit wires through the center hole (ZZ) of
the switch cup (K).
□
Remove the three screws (RR) from the black bracket at the
base of the fan motor assembly (C).
□
Press the plastic plug (EE) into the center hole (ZZ) of the
switch cup (K).
□
Connect the adaptor plug (UU) from the switch cup (K) to the
plug from the fan.
□
Align the three holes in the switch cup (K) with the three
holes in the black bracket below the fan-motor assembly (C).
Make sure the notch in the black bracket clears the reversing
switch in the switch cup (K).
□
Attach the pull chain extension (CC) provided to the fan pull
chain.
