MAINTENANCE

Empty the leaf basket (in the filter pump's strainer) regu-
larly. Overfilled baskets make the pump work harder and
reduce the effectiveness of your cleaner.
Your Calypso requires very little maintenance.
Check the following from time to time:
• Make sure that the flapper valve is working and is not
obstructed with debris. If necessary, it is quick and easy
to open up the valve chamber. Simply
unscrew the nut at the base of the connecting tube,
and lift the lid covering the chamber (see Figure 14).
