Dear Customer, thank you for buying this Trevi product.
Please be aware that, where necessary, you can:
1) Take the product to one of our authorised Service Centres.
A list of addresses is available from our website (www.trevi.it).
2) Send the product carriage paid by post or courier to Trevi S.p.A.. We will subsequently return it to
you carriage paid.
The direct service address is available on our website (www.trevi.it).
Note:
Before sending the product, please contact our service centre by e-mail, at: service@trevi.it,
specifying:
-Product name and model;
-Date of purchase;
-Description of defect reported;
-Address and telephone number.
We will then contact you to help solve the problem.
Notes for delivery:
Package the broken appliance carefully and include the following information:
-Product name and model;
-Date of purchase;
-Description of defect found;
-Address and telephone number.
Attach this warranty and the receipt or invoice proving its validity.expense.
Digital Products Warranty
1) General rules
This warranty is intended as in addition to all
other rights enjoyed by the product purchaser/
customer. It does not replace these and, speci-
fically, in no way affects the customer's rights as
established by European law.
2) Warranty duration and validity
The appliance is guaranteed by Trevi S.p.A. for a
period of 24 months (6 months for rechargeable
battery included on the device power supply)
from date of purchase. This date must be proven
by: invoice or receipt bearing the name of the
vendor, date of sale, and details identifying the
appliance, type, model.
Failure to produce the stated documents will
invalidate the product warranty.
This warranty includes the free replacement
or repair of the device's parts the authorised
Service Centre should prove to have defects in
materials or workmanship.
3) Exclusions from warranty
This warranty excludes: parts subject to wear,

USB sockets, buttons and keyboards,removable
or purely decorative parts, broken displays and
all parts damaged as a result of negligent and/or
careless use, repairs carried out by unauthorised
staff, careless transport, installation of faulty files
that conflict with the system causing it to block,
installation (accidental or involuntary) of viruses
or faulty/defective files, partition of internal me-
mory and any circumstance that is not due to
defects in appliance workmanship.
4) Limits of liability
TREVI S.p.A. declines all responsibility for any
possible damage, data losses caused directly or
indirectly to people or objects as a consequence
of failure to comply with the provisions of the
specific appliance 'Instruction manual'.
5) Expiry of warranty
Once the 24-month duration of this warranty has
elapsed, all repairs will be at the customer's own
expense.
