1. General Instructions
The general instructions for storage systems, material no. 103041, in the current version, must be observed.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. Special Instructions
Area of the grating must remain free as shown on the type label.
3. Use and intended purpose
The storage system/sump is used for the safe storage of hazardous substances in 200 litre drums and in cans
and other small containers.
Only store substances to which the material of the sump is resistant.

4. Technical details
Design
The drum racking consists of a sturdy steel profile frame, screwed together and a sump, the sump capacities
range from 340 to 530 litres.
5. Assembly
The storage capacity and media resistance list are detailed in the general operating instructions. Place the
stackable racking with sliding sump tray on level ground.
Denios accessories facilitate storage and dispensing from the racking.
•
Place the drum racking on level ground.
•
Align the side frames.
•
Put the cross members on the racking and adjust them to the correct height.
•
The cross members are hooked onto the side frames with the help of a rubber hammer, if required (see
picture 1).
•
Secure the cross members in place using locking pins.
•
Push the sump between the side frames until the groove aligns with the front of the frame and screw it in
place.
•
Place the grid on the sump (only required for model G).
•
Place drum supports on the cross members.
•
Screw the side frames to the floor (picture 2) (screw-Ø = 14 mm)
•
Fix the shelf capacity label onto the racking.

Do not use without locking pin and locking plug!
8. Maintenance and Servicing
The inspection and maintenance of the storage system/sump must be carried out in accordance with
the directions in the general operating instructions enclosed in the annex. When replacing parts only
the manufacturer's original parts may be used!
