ATTACHING SAW TO MOUNTING BRACKETS
To Reduce Risk of Serious Injury
•
Make sure the saw is positioned for best balance and stability.
•
All corners of the saw must be bolted securely to the mounting brackets before use.
•
Make sure no bolts extend above the saw
•
Make sure mounting bracket clamping pressure is sufficient to securely clamp bracket(s) to stand and lock clamping
knob in place before each use.
NOTE: Only 4 sets of securing hardware are provided with the stand. If this provided hardware does not work with your
saw, use hardware that will properly secure your saw.
Mounting brackets when slots align with saw mounting holes
1. Place saw on mounting brackets and adjust brackets
as needed to align holes in saw base to mounting
bracket slots. Feed M8 x 55mm carriage bolt (c) up
through the mounting bracket and secure with M8
washer (b) and M8 hex nut (a) as shown in Figure 5
and 5a. Repeat this step on remaining holes of saw.
Note: For ease of alignment, mounting brackets can be
loosely attached to saw body before securing mounting
brackets to stand.
Make sure all mounting brackets and
hardware are tightly secured before
using saw.
2. Position the saw in the desired location on the stand
as shown in Figure 6. Lock mounting brackets in
place using the lock knob on each mounting bracket
see Figure 6a.
To avoid risk or serious injury, position
saw so majority of weight is always
center between the support legs.
