si APP = 2, 3, 4, 6 forzamiento único función como STOP-RESET/
START. Manteniendo presionada durante 3 segundos la tecla "but"
del programador, se ejecuta el Stop.
En la función STOP/START con Stop se ejecuta también el reset
inicial y se pone el SETPOINT igual a la VARIABLE
