accept no liability for damage or injuries resulting from misuse or from a
modified helmet.
8. When stowing or transporting the helmet, use the original protective
packaging the helmet came in. After use, the helmed should be stored
unpacked in a cool, dry, dark place away from heat sources, frost, high
humidity, corrosive substances or other potential causes of damage. During
transportation, take care to protect the helmet against damage from sharp
or heavy, falling or crashing objects. Please retain the original packaging
your helmet came in for use in transporting it, or in case you need to return
the helmet, due to a defect under warranty, to the store where you originally
purchased it.
9. Accessories and spare parts: accessories and/or replacement parts are
available from the Sweet Protection catalogue. Use only original accessories
supplied by Sweet Protection.
WARRANTY:
Our mission is to design and engineer the best possible products. We
always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production
methods. Sweet Protection helmets come with a one-year warranty against
defects in workmanship and materials. We will replace or repair a properly
used helmet that is defective if returned within one year of purchase. Please
note that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. This warranty
does not apply if damage is caused to the helmet through abuse, negligence,
improper repairs, inadequate fit, any modifications or alterations, or if used
other than intended.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:
1. Before returning any product, you must contact Sweet Protection by
phone or e-mail to obtain a return address and authorization. E-mail:

2. Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping.
Dirty and/or foul smelling products will be returned unprocessed or may delay
the process and will be subject to a surcharge.
3. Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number,
and take care to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you
originally purchased the product. Any Sweet Protection dealer will be able
to handle the warranty claim process on your behalf. US/Canadian citizens:
Sweet Protection makes no other express warranties or guarantees, except
as otherwise specifically stated. Any warranties implied by law shall be
limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts; therefore the above limitations may
not apply to you. Sweet Protection shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to state.
