Perform a test by pulling the wall plate downward, not outward.
If the wall plate was pulled out, the installation was not
preformed properly.Please contact our customer service
for further instructions.
Connect the TV to part A: hang the top of parts B on the top of part A, push the bottom of
the TV until the bottoms of parts B are hung on the bottom of part A and you hear a click.
Test the locking mechanism gently.
