METHOD OF USE
In order to begin using your new accessory, follow these
instructions:
1. Insert the connectors in the corresponding inputs on your
MUL-285. Make sure to respect the polarity (+ Red, - Black).
2. Select the type of output depending on the type of
measurement you wish to make.
3. Adjust the multimeter to the VAC function and select a range.
4. Pull the trigger in order to open the measurement hooks and
place them on the cavle you wish to measure
5. Make sure that the hooks are fi rmly closed around the
conductor and check the reading on the multimeter's LCD
screen.
6. When you are done needing this accessory, power the
multimeter off and remove the connectors.
SPECIFICATIONS
The precision is specifi ed for a period of a year after calibration
and at a temperature between 18°C and 28°C with a relative
humidity of 80%.
