WARNINGS
WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings or instructions could result in serious injury or
death. Please keep these instructions for future reference. Before assembling this travel cot,
please make sure you have read and understood these instructions. Incorrect assembly of the
travel cot could make it unsafe.
WARNING: RISK OF ASPHYXIA. Children may risk asphyxia:
-In the spaces between mattresses (if too narrow or too wide) and the sides of the travel cot.
-When using very soft bedding.
-WARNING: NEVER add a mattress, pillow, quilt or duvet. ONLY use this product with the mattress provided
by the manufacturer.
-WARNING: Never leave the baby in this product with the sides down. The baby could roll over and get stuck
in the spaces between the mattress and the loose netting and asphyxiate.
-WARNING: Loose cords can cause strangulation! Never place objects attached to cords around a baby's neck,
such as cords on hooded tops or with a dummy attached. Never place cords on this product or tie cords to
toys.
-WARNING: Stop using this product when the child is capable of getting out of the cot or reaches a height of
35 inches (89 cm).
-WARNING: Never position this product near a window where cords on blinds or curtains could cause
strangulation of the child. DO NOT position this travel cot near loose cables or hanging cords.
-WARNING: Always ensure children are adequately supervised to ensure their safety. Never leave a child
playing in this travel cot unattended.
-WARNING: DO NOT use the travel cot if the fabric on the rails is ripped or broken.
-WARNING: ONLY use this product with the mattress provided by the manufacturer. Mattress dimensions: 35
inches (88.9 cm) x 23 inches (58.42 cm).
-WARNING: In order to avoid sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), paediatricians recommend that babies
are placed on their front to sleep unless their doctor has recommended a di erent sleep position.
-WARNING: Never use plastic bags or other plastic packaging not t for the purpose as a mattress cover. Such
misuse could cause asphyxia.
-WARNING: Never use a water mattress with this product.
-WARNING: Maintain medicines and small objects away from this travel cot to avoid risk of asphyxia.
-WARNING: A child could become trapped and die if unsuitable nets or coverings are hung over the travel
cot. Never hang any kind of object over the travel cot in order to ensure that the child remains inside.
-WARNING: When the child becomes big enough to stand up unassisted, take out any protective padding,
large toys or any other object that could be used as a step to get out of the cot.
-WARNING: Only suitable for use by one child at a time.
-WARNING: Do not use the travel cot without its base.
-WARNING: Do not place this travel cot near a re or any other heat source.
-WARNING: Make sure that the travel cot is completely unfolded and all locking mechanisms correctly in
place before placing a child in this travel cot.
-WARNING: Only use components and replacement parts supplied by the manufacturer.
-WARNING: Ensure that all assembly parts are properly adjusted and in good condition.
