USB 3.0 Support
USB 3.0 Host controllers are relatively new and may have errors.
USB 3.0 ports may show problems that are not present when connected to a USB
2.0 port.
Please make sure that the USB 3.0 host drivers are up to date, as this can solve
many problems with the USB 3.0-connected adapter. DisplayLink provides an
article with links to the latest drivers at: http: //kb.displaylink. Com / 315
In Windows 8 / 7 / 10, Vista WDDM (Aero and Basic)
DisplayLink software works in conjunction with the graphics card and there may
be interoperability issues with some models. If this happens:
1. Try to update the graphics drivers for your main graphics card.
2. Try to update the DisplayLink program.
3. Report the problem through the support channel.
4. If necessary, start Windows in safe mode and use the restore function to
recover the computer to an earlier point.
