Failure to comply with the safety instructions may result in the endangering of people as well
as the environment and the facility. Failure to comply with the safety instructions may lead to
loss of any claims for damages. The operator of the facility must ensure that the contents of
the manual, especially the safety instructions for the operators, are known.
General information
Protect device from damage and the effect of strong heat.

In order to prevent grease spilling onto the floor do not use grease pump in the rain.

Never point the lubricating gun at people or animals! Risk of injury!
Instructions for preparatory measures / handling
Observe safety data sheets for hazardous substances (grease) used.

Protective gloves made of leather and goggles must be worn during use.

Do not bend high pressure hose sharply.

Regularly check the pressure-bearing components (pressure hose and lubricating gun) of the

pump for damage.
Pressurised air and hydraulic hoses are to be changed by the manufacturer.

Use of non-original accessories, e.g. hose lines and connecting nipples, can in isolated cases

pose the risk of accidents. In case of accidents or damage caused by foreign parts liability cannot
be accepted.
Modification or alteration of the device is only permitted after consultation with the manufacturer.

The reliability of the device is only guaranteed when used as intended.

Maintenance, inspection and repair work must only be performed by qualified personnel.

Carry out repair and maintenance work in unpressurised conditions only.

2 Intended use / guarantee
The practical pressurised air one-handed grease gun is used to lubricate machinery, vehicles
and equipment with commercial greases up to NLGI class 3. Even difficult to access lubrication
points can be reached easily. A controlled release of grease is possible through a single
depression of the trigger.
The flow rate is 1ccm/Hub. The grease gun can be connected to any compressed air system
(eg, compressors, trucks-compressed air). The device is designed solely for use with 400g Lube
