This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.

If there is a baseboard, use the Distance Plate (I) and possibly also the Distance Plate Addition (J) to make sure the gate is parallel to the wall.
- Página 5 Gate Side • Côté barrière • Lado de la valla • Gitterseite UK/US Make holes in the Distance Plate (I) with an awl or a drill. Use the Marking Pins (L) and a mallet to mark the position for the screws on the wall.
- Página 6 Gate Side • Côté barrière • Lado de la valla • Gitterseite UK/US Drill two 2 mm (3/32”) pilot holes through the drywall. If the drill hit a stud, continue the pilot hole into the stud, then use the Extra Long Wood Screw (M) to install.
- Página 7 Gate Side • Côté barrière • Lado de la valla • Gitterseite UK/US Drill one (or two) 12 mm (1/2") hole(s) in the drywall only. Assemble the parts on the Toggle Bolt (N) as shown with the thinner end of the Spacer (K) towards the wall.
- Página 8 Locking Side • Côté verrouillage • Lado de Cierre • Verschlussseite UK/US Pull out the gate and position a Locking Hook (D) in the upper opening of the Locking Strip (H). If there is a base–board use the Distance Plate (I) and also possibly the Distance Plate Addition (J) to get the gate parallel to the wall.

Position the Hook/Distance Plate on the wall so that the Gate is properly streched. Use the Marking Pins (L) and a mallet to mark the position for the screws on the wall.
