The installation of the OWS auxiliary modules must comply with the
regulations of ECE-R48
Work lamp
During installation or retrofitting care
must be taken that the legal
requirements for the installation
dimensions are kept.
A = brake light
B = indicator light
Exchange the rear panel of the
OWS for the auxiliary module.
Insert appropriate bulbs for
indicator light and work lamp.
Connect auxiliary module
according to the relevant circuit
diagram.
Note:
• Work lamps have to have a
15A fuse.
• Modules with indicator lights
may need an extended relay.
Indicator light
The visible lighted area of indicator
and brake lights must not be
covered by vehicle edges or auto-
motive attachments.
OWS units already mounted must
be repositioned if necessary.
If necessary lay a set of cables (7
wires).
30 = Battery +
31 = Battery -
54 = Brake light
L = Left indicator
R = Right indicator
