Cause
• The battery is low
• The suction base is
blocked
• The dust tank and fil-
ters are dirty
• The suction base is
blocked by hairs or
other objects
• The aluminum suction
tube is blocked.
• The suction base is tan-
gled or blocked by fo-
reign objects
• The suction base or
dust tank is blocked
• The room temperature
is too high or too low
• The product is being
charged with a non-ori-
ginal power adapter
Solution
• Connect the power
adapter to the product
and charge it
• Clean the suction base
• Clean the aluminum
suction tube
• Clean the dust tank and
filters regularly
• Clean the suction base's
accessories
• Clean the aluminum
suction tube and remo-
ve any blockages..
• Remove the suction
base, clear and clean it
properly and install it
back in its place
• Clean the blockage
• Place the product on a
new location where the
temperature is optimal
(0 - 55 ° C)
• Use the original adapter
to charge the product
