01. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
• Do not use the device without the drip tray/
tray support.
• The device must be used on a horizontal sur-
face (fig. A3).
• After use, all food residue must be cleaned,
especially fat.
• When the device is operating, it must be
placed at least 20cm away from the wall and
100cm from the ceiling (see fig. A4).
• Before replacing the gas cartridge or cylin-
der, check that it is truly empty.
• If a gas leak is detected in the device, imme-
diately take it outside to a well ventilated area.
• Check that the flame is lit.
• Never use a flame to detect potential gas
leaks. Use soapy water.
• Never modify or try to repair the device your-
self.
02. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
The portable gas stove ref. 27.15.1 is a product
designed for cooking food in ventilated areas. It
is a domestic cooking device designed for oper-
ating with butane cartridges in accordance with
regulation EN417 or with butane/propane gas
cylinders through the external intake.
It has a burner equipped with a safety device that
interrupts the gas supply.

Consumption:
• In case of breakdown, contact the technical
service or a reputable retailer.
• Once use is completed, close the inlet valve
and the gas outlet tap of the cylinder.
• The flame must not exceed the bottom of the
pot or pan. When possible, cover the recipient.
This will save a lot of energy.

MODE OF USE (EN 417 butane cartridge)
1. Remove the tray support and place it in the
correct position, shown on the warning label.
2. Open the cartridge protection and place
it with the head forward, so that the notch is
upwards, in line with the valve guide (fig. B2).
3. Push the closing lever down (fig. B2), locking
the cartridge.
MODE OF USE (external intake)
1. Remove the tray support and place it in the
correct position, shown on the warning label.
2. Install the gas connector (12). Gently turn the
valves without tightening excessively, as this may
damage the thread. (see figure A5).
3. Connect the gas cylinder using the butane
hose.
