Preface
Dear customer, we hope you have much
pleasure with your new Cloer egg boiler 6070.
Our egg boiler offers numerous individual
preparation possibilities for fresh and tasty
breakfast eggs. In addition, poached eggs will
no longer be a problem in future. Due to its
time-controlled degree of hardness regulation,
you can create the perfect breakfast egg for
everyone, and this with only one water filling.

Setting up and connecting

·
Remove all packing parts and possibly
stickers, but not the serial number.
·
Place the egg boiler on a dry, non-slip and level
surface before the first use
·
Please read this manual carefully before the
first use.
·
Clean the surface of the heating bowl, the hood,
the inserts for poaching eggs and the egg tray
with a damp cloth.
Safety notes for using the egg
boiler
The device corresponds to
the requirements of the
applicable EC guidelines.
The device is exclusively intended
for use in closed rooms.
·
Only use cold water for filling.
Caution! Hot steam escapes from
the lid during the boiling process.
·
The device will become hot during operation.
Always open the lid away from the body, in
order to avoid burns from hot steam.
·
Do not switch the device on if no water is filled
into it.
·
Smaller deviations of the degree of hardness
can result from the size, the storage time and
the temperature of the eggs.
ATTENTION! Pull out the power
plug when not in use and before
each cleaning!
Start-up
·
Please ensure that the egg boiler is always
horizontal, as the boiling time can otherwise be
terminated prematurely.
·
Please remove the hood and the egg tray
from the device.
·
Fill the boiling container of the egg boiler
with cold water. Please use the provided
measuring jug for this.
·
Always fill the measuring jug completely up to
the mark.
ATTENTION: Please always use
the egg boiler with the prescribed
quantity of water! Always pour
in a completely filled measuring
jug for this. The desired boiling
result can deviate with too little
water!
When exceeding the prescribed
quantity of water there is a risk
that the water boils over. There is
a risk of scalding!

Now place the egg tray back onto the boiling
container. Ensure the correct seat of the egg
tray hereby.
·
In order to avoid bursting of the eggs during
boiling, please pierce the eggs with the egg
piercer at the flatter side. You can find this at the
bottom side of the measuring jug.
·
Place the eggs on the egg tray with their more
pointed side upwards.
·
Place the lid on the device. Observe a correct
seat of the lid hereby.
