Replacing the UV bulbs

Never replace a UV bulb when the bulb has not cooled down or
when the lamp is connected to the electricity.

Replacement bulbs can be purchased in specialist retail stores
or at Promed. When you purchase a replacement bulb from

a supplier other than Promed, you must make sure that the
bulb complies with the technical data. Follow the steps below to

change the UV bulbs:
• Pull the power plug (B) out of the wall socket.

• Slide the hand rest (C) all the way out of the guide rails.

• Check whether the defect UV bulb (H) has cooled down. As
soon as the bulb is cold, pull it out and insert a new bulb in.

• Slide the hand rest (C) back into the guide rails.
• Plug the power plug (B) back into the wall socket.

The lamp is now ready for use again.
FI
In cases of malfunctioning:
• Check that the power supply is correct.
• Check whether the unit is switched "ON (I)".
• Check whether the LED on the "Time Start" button (G) is lit up red.
• Check that the lamp´s fuse (D) is intact by unscrewing it and
removing it out of its fitting. Replace the fuse if necessary.
• Replace the defect UV bulb if necessary.
• If the problem has still not been solved after following these
steps, please consult your service center immediately.e.
