When Sliding to the Left, these functions will follow:
Slide to the left once to display Sports List
Swimming, Run, Bike, Fast Walk, Hike, Basketball, Badminton,
Tennis, Soccer, Sit-Ups, Jump Rote, Yoga, Dance, Aerobics,
Elliptical, Rowing Machine, HIIT
Slide to the left twice to display Features List
Breath Training, SpO2, Heart Rate, Body Temp., Scientific Sleep,
Events, Stopwatch, Timer, Compass, Settings,
Click the feature to enter the corresponding function.
Full list can be viewed by scrolling up and down
on the screen.
From the home screen, slide once to the right:
You will see push notifications from your phone.
Atria 2.0 will display the latest notifications.
From the home screen, slide down:
Once to view Goal Rings
Twice to view Activity data
3 times to view Heart rate monitoring
From the home screen, slide up once to display Short-Cut:
including Bluetooth, Weather, Brightness adjustment,
Scientific Sleep (REM on/off switch), Flashlight and
Do Not Disturb.
Please note: Short-cuts are standard and cannot be changed or customized.
