CAUTION

If chain rollers are damaged, the pins are loosened, the whole chain apparatus (pinion, sprocket and chain)
must be replaced.
•
Lubricate chain on a regular basis only with the specific products for drive chain, particularly if you find dry or
rusty parts.
•
Flattened or jammed chain links should be lubricated, and good operating conditions restored.
If repair is not possible, contact an official Mondial dealer to have it replaced.
Replacement parts
CAUTION
These operations are complicated and risky, contact an official Mondial dealer to perform them.
If you are adequately trained and experienced, refer to the instructions in the workshop booklet available also at any
Mondial official dealer.
Checking wear of chain, front and rear sprockets.
Also check the following parts and verify that the chain, the pinion and the
driven sprocket do not have:

Damaged rollers.
•
Loosened pins.
•
Dry, rusty, flattened or jammed chain links.
•
Excessive wear.
•
Excessively worn or damaged pinion or sprocket teeth.
•
Finally, check the fork protection pad for wear.
