Overheating Cut-Off
This appliance is equipped with a thermostat that
will cycle OFF (0) should the heat of the dryer
exceed the optimum drying level, due to partially
blocked air inlet or outlet openings. In the event
that the appliance stops, turn the appliance OFF
(0) and allow it to cool down. Once the appliance
cools, the thermostat will automatically reset and
usage may resume.
Styling
Towel-dry hair to remove excess water then run a
comb through damp hair for best results. Adjust
the switch to the selected setting. Use the LOW
(I) setting on fine or thin hair and the HIGH (II)
setting on thick and coarse hair. Use the COOL
( ) setting to lock in the style. For best results,
separate hair into manageable sections and dry
each section individually. Place the Salon One-
Step Smooth & Shine™ Hair Dryer and Smoothing
Styler close to the root and glide down towards
the ends. The soft-cushioned bristles will help
detangle and smooth even the hard-to-reach
areas on the back of the head. It is recommended
that you use a slow, steady motion when styling
thick and/or curly hair. Repeat on remaining
sections until hair has been dried into luxurious,
soft, silky styles. Turn the appliance off when
drying and styling is complete.
CAUTION: In certain usage situations you may
find yourself using your free hand to aid the
styling procedure, in these situations we strongly
advice the use of the included glove to protect
your free hand from the hot air emitted from
the styler.
