TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The "Add Water"
indicater is on
"Ice Full" is on
Ice cubes are stuck
together
The ice cube cycle
is normal, but no
ice is being made

Possible reasons
Lack of water
.
The ice basket is full.
The ice cube cycle is too
long.
The water temperature
in the internal container
is too low.
The room temperature
or water temperature in
the internal container is
too high.
Cooling system leak.
The copper pipe to
the cooling system is
blocked.

Solutions
Stop the ice cube maker, fill
water and press the "ON/
OFF" button again to start the
unit.
Remove ice from the ice
basket.
Stop the ice cube maker,
restart it when the ice cubes
have melted. Select the
smallest ice cube size.
Replace the water.
The recommended water
temperature is 8-32 °C.
The room temperature
should be 10­43 °C, the water
temperature should be 8 to
32 °C.
